I had a really good day up until dinner time. I then ate way too many chips. I also had some chocolate chips and milk. However, it only put me about 150 calories over, so I can live with that. I'm sticking to my not eating before bed time and I did get my 4 mile run in today. Yippe, I hope everyone is doing well.

So it's a new week. Hubby is already at work and the kids are still sleeping right now. I've got a couple minutes of quiet time before sleepy heads star...

A.M.
Well we are up, early for us on a Sunday, and getting ready for church. I haven't been to church for about a year now. While my husband was on deployment it was too hard for me to go to service and see all the couples. I would come home and be wasted (depressed?) for the rest of the day. It was just too hard for me to go every weekend and be emotionally gone for afterward. I know that makes me weak, but I had to do what would keep my kids and I intact while the hubby was gone.

Well today was interesting. My daughter sold her first piece of art work at the exhibit. It was sold before we even got there! I'm going to have to mail in the softball registration on Monday. Man that was a waste of time. I went to one location and was told we can't play in that league because of where we live so I went to another sign up only to find out the sign-up was last month. However, she can still late register through the mail. Yipee!

Well I weighed in today. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was up by 0.8. I can live with that. I know what I did and I know what I need to focus on to make it better. So I have daily goals and weekly goals now. I will post them in the bottom of each blog.
Goals for Today:
1. Homework
2. Exercise
3. Laundry
4. No alcohol and nothing to eat 2 hrs. prior to bed.
Goals for the Week:
1. To have a 1.5-2.0 loss

P.M.
I managed to get my run in today. Not very fast...3.12 miles in 33 minutes. Like I said, not very fast. I am not looking forward to weigh-in tomorrow, but I will do it. I have a bad feeling my weight is up, because of my two margarita nights and succumbing to my sweet tooth. Not good for me and definitely not good weight. So tomorrow I will suck it up and move on to have a good day tomorrow and just focus on one day at a time.
