Yield: 4 x chicken breasts
In a food processor or blender, process until smooth: lemongrass, garlic, turmeric, coriander, pepper, sugar, with 2 tablespoons yogurt.
Add the rest of the yogurt and process briefly until just combined.
Pour over chicken in bowl, mix well, making sure chicken is well covered. Marinate for 2 hours. Cook until done on a barbecue or grill.
Slice chicken and serve with fragrant jasmine rice. Or, serve with Fun Fries (see recipe links).
