A mango-lover's delight.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until thick and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into a freezer proof bowl and freeze until it begins to set around the edge.
Remove from freezer and beat in food processor until smooth. Return to bowl and freeze until firm. (Alternatively freeze mixture in an ice cream machine for an even better result.)
Scoop into serving bowls.
* Frozen mango purée is available in the market and has an excellent flavor.
