Peppermint Eggnog
Celebrate the season with this light, minty eggnog.
Ingredients
- 3 quarts fat-free eggnog
- 3/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 3/4 cup fat-free whipped topping
- 3 pieces (0.2 oz each) peppermint candies, crushed
Directions:
Combine eggnog and peppermint extract. Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with a tablespoon of whipped topping and crushed peppermint candy.
Tips:
Serve in festive goblets or glasses.
