Soy, vegetables and seasoning - patties that are simple to make and tasty too!
Blend soy beans with carrot, onion, celery, and garlic (easily done in a food processor). Mix in flour, curry powder, salt, and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.
Form into 12 patties and dip into extra bread crumbs. Shallow fry in oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
Patties can be served either hot or cold.
Dried soy beans or other different dried beans and vegetables may be used as long as portions remain about the same.
