A tantalizing way to make the most of seasonal strawberries.

Yield: 6 x approx. 1/2 cup servings
Purée strawberries, jam and 1/4 teaspoon sugar substitute.
Place milk, egg white, vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon sugar substitute into a food processor or mixmaster and process until thick and fluffy. Pour mixture into a freezer proof bowl and freeze until beginning to set around the edge.
Remove from freezer and beat until smooth. Swirl through 2/3 of strawberry purée and return to freezer until firm. Use remaining strawberry purée as a sauce.
