An aromatic blend of veal, bacon and mushrooms bathed in a red wine sauce.

Cooking Time: 45 mins
Yield: 4 x approx. 3oz cooked meat
Preheat oven to 350°F. Pound veal steaks.
Sauté onion and bacon in skillet with oil. Add veal and sauté lightly. Place veal mixture in a casserole dish. Add mushrooms, paprika, oregano, and black pepper.
Blend cornstarch with a little water and add to wine. Pour over veal. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Pound veal steaks.
Place onion, bacon and oil in a covered microwave casserole and cook on HIGH 4 minutes. Add veal and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Turn the veal and add mushrooms, paprika, oregano, and black pepper.
Blend cornstarch with a little water and stir into wine. Pour over veal. Cover and cook on MEDIUM LOW for 35 minutes.
