A yummy, simple dairy-free treat, made without the excessive amounts of oil - add them to your gift baskets!

Yield: 12 x brownies
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl combine together the flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add soy milk, oil and vanilla, and mix together.
Place mixture in a 9 x 9 or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done (baked brownies will be a bit gooey, so do not dry them out by over-baking).
* If desired, replace 1-1/2 cup Splenda® with equal amount of sugar. For a sweeter brownie, add 2 cups Splenda® or sugar.
Can add in chocolate chips (note: choc chips are not vegan) and/or chopped walnuts.
