Turkey, vegetables and pasta in a light dressing.

Cooking Time: 10 mins
Yield: 4 x (approx. 1-1/4 cup servings)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well after rinsing with cold water. Set aside.
Combine turkey, onion, carrots, and peas in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta. In a jar, combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper; shake until well blended. Pour over pasta and stir well. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Add your favorite vegetables for added flavor. And/or, replace oil and vinegar with fat-free French dressing.
