  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 strip lean bacon
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 oz reduced fat cheese
  • 8 3/4 oz cooked pasta
  • 2 1/2 fl. oz nonfat evaporated milk


Cook pasta as directed on packaging.

In a non-stick saucepan, sauté bacon and onion until cooked (about 4 minutes).

In a small bowl, whisk egg and milk; add cheese.

Toss bacon and onion through hot pasta, add milk mixture and return to low heat. Stir through for 1 minute.

Serve hot.
