Scrumptious layers of pork, moist apple and hot melted cheese.
In a non-stick skillet brown pork on both sides. Season with black pepper, remove and keep warm.
Cook onion in pan until softened. Add the wine and apple to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes or until reduced by half.
Return steaks to pan and top each steak with onion and apple and a slice of cheese. Cover and simmer until cheese melts.
Can serve steaks with steamed potatoes and carrots.
