Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 5 mins
Yield: 4 x approx. 5 oz servings
Heat wok or non-stick skillet. Add sesame seeds. Stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute or until golden. Remove from pan and set aside.
Heat oil in wok. Add garlic, ginger and asparagus. Stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes or until almost tender. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.
Sprinkle over sesame seeds and soy sauce. Serve immediately.
Can be served with pasta to create an entrée.
