Having numbers to work towards sure does help - like burning 1000 calories for 3 workouts and 500 for 3 workouts. On the 1000 cal work outs i try to eat the 1500 to make sure i am eating enough. But this week i think i have averaged about 1600 a day - logging all i ate on xmas day just shows how easy it is to get up there in the calorie department! even when taking "just a bit" of this and that. My best friend here in dallas is joining weight watchers with me and we are going to be each other's support. Xmas was hiliarous - we both gave each other a Weight Watchers cookbook! Different ones, but still a cookbook. Now all I have to do is develop discipline to PLAN the meals. Which SHOULD be easy since I work from home and I work nights. So here is to the new year and alot less of me
