Having numbers to work towards sure does help - like burning 1000 calories for 3 workouts and 500 for 3 workouts. On the 1000 cal work outs i try to eat the 1500 to make sure i am eating enough. But this week i think i have averaged about 1600 a day - logging all i ate on xmas day just shows how easy it is to get up there in the calorie department! even when taking "just a bit" of this and that. My best friend here in dallas is joining weight watchers with me and we are going to be each other's support. Xmas was hiliarous - we both gave each other a Weight Watchers cookbook! Different ones, but still a cookbook. Now all I have to do is develop discipline to PLAN the meals. Which SHOULD be easy since I work from home and I work nights. So here is to the new year and alot less of me :)

:wave1: Welcome.....Yep logging everything is really an eye opener...at least it was for me..Sounds like you and your friend are going to be very good for each other...remember that there are recipes here at CK..and meal plans...Enjoy your journey here...Have a good evening...:)
