Ok, folks, it's been awhile.

But, I'm starting afresh. Gained a few pounds back over the last year, back up to 205 from about 195, but still down 20 pounds, which is nice.

I'm going to copy the format from my friend Mike, who is a big inspiration for me. He has lost 60 pounds recently, and really is consistent.

* Daily Exercise
-Running 3 miles @ 7.0
-5 pull-ups
-3 x 15 pushups, etc.

* Current Goals
-Fix Achilles heel tendon
-Knees are bothering me
-Shoulder pain
-Blog everyday
-Log calories


* 4 week running record of my weight.
Current program (3/03/13) starting weight - 206 Lbs.
Goal - Consistant 8 Lb reduction over each 4 week period.
Milestone: 195 lbs
End Goal - 180 lbs

I figure that recording this way gives me an instant reading as well as a "long view" With looking at progress over a month, I have time to adjust if things start to swing the wrong way.
