Bought a shirt (XL) and pair of pants (42) at Old Navy today. First time in I don't know how long (15 years) that I was able to buy clothes in a normal clothing store! I wasn't sure if the pants would fit or if I would need to wait another month, but they fit. My wife thinks the shirt may be a little big!
