Well, yesterday was the 1st night with this stupid sleep apnea contraption glued to my face. It was not as bad as the sleep study one, however. that one was like being Darth Vader. This one makes me look like Jacque Cousteu and is uncomfortable as hell. And yesterday was the first time I went through a DRIVE THROUGH for a flu shot. Leave it to the VA. Pretty slick though. Plus I got a cookie. I feel like a puppy. lol Yesterday was not a good day here at CK. I totally went off and ate an entire frozen pizza. Not sure why, just did. Back on today.
Plus today the weather is cold for Tucson. And I woke up with the sneezies, the stuffy nose - good thing I got a flu shot. Damn!!! Halloween Party at the gym today for all of the seniors and instructors. I am going as an old, sick, "fluffy" aerobics instructor. No wait!!! I do that every Monday and Friday. Need another costume.

I was being light-hearted about the gym anecdotes. It's just fun to write about what people do. I was alternating between two upper body machines and when I saw her coming I wiped the one machine down quite well. Since that wasn't enough for her, when I got off the next machine I took the spray bottle and sprayed and wiped down the machine. THEN I wanted to turn and spray her!
=D. Funny things was, she didn't spray the machine after HER use of it! It's all good. 
:y: Looking for 4-miles today even if I have to bang out a quick one or two in the garage to maybe make 5.

Hope you have a great (frozen pizza free) day! I agree that sometimes we all just need a break. My motivation for exercise seems to have been temporarily misplaced but I know I'll find it eventually!
