Hi everyone. After a HORRIBLE day yesterday with my eating - ordered a PIZZA of all things
yes, I did. the bad part of this is that I received all of my toys and STILL did not follow through. so, today after putting myself through a self imposed guilt trip and verbal abuse I did decide to cut the crap once again. so, my eating was right on. My workout was excellent/ 16 sets on the Bowflex and smith machine for chest and 16 for triceps. That was to make up for yesterday's weight work ...
My ropeless jump rope arrived!!!!

Yesterday was like Christmas - yes, I know it was Halloween!!!
I got the mail and my ropeless jump rope had arrived along with a new bedspread. this is sure a lot better than eating but WAY more expensive. anyway, tomorrow my other toy is to arrive. And that is the personal calorie managemnet unit and display. what's cool is that it works with CK.
I hope everyone enjoyed the Halloween holiday and sort of behaved.
Today I will start with my jumprope and be really upset if I trip and fall...
