Well, here it is on Halloween night and I am sitting here watching scary movies and writing on CK. No, I am not wearing the CPAC machine or the raincoat. And the hooker heels kill my feet and ankles.
I was good today with the eating however.
Plus, today I got the ropeless jump rope in the mail -
it was like Christmas here. Also got a breadspread in the mail that I ordered. Now on Monday I am expecting the personal calorie management toy (like Bodybugg) that works with CK. so that...

There is NO ONE on here at 2 AMSo, I did my online banking, went into FaceBook and played some games. Getting ready for my client at 8 and 2 classes back to back. Fridays are a maintenance workout for them. Has anyone been to the Biggest Loser Resort in Utah? I am thinking of going but would like some information on it before I make the trip. I have not had a vacation in 8 years - I think I am due.

Well, yesterday was the 1st night with this stupid sleep apnea contraption glued to my face. It was not as bad as the sleep study one, however. that one was like being Darth Vader. This one makes me look like Jacque Cousteu and is uncomfortable as hell. And yesterday was the first time I went through a DRIVE THROUGH for a flu shot. Leave it to the VA. Pretty slick though. Well, today started out good. Had my Monday AM senior's Fitness class. Some were recovering from my Sat AM Advanced Class. 34 people showed up!!! Must be doing something right! Also, had a client today. That went well.
Then this afternoon, and all intentions were good. today was chest and tri's . . . but instead I took a nap again. Damn!! Not sure if it is the cancer, the radiation fallout or the stroke but Geez!! How long does this last?
Then took time for dinner and it was health...
