Rode to Grove City Cross country meet. New route though Coopers rock cut off a few miles and only ended up with 48. 3 hours and 20min with an average below 15mph. It however was dark and foggy for the first half and I did not push. Right foot pain on hills. I think this was due to the elipitcal workout on Thursday. I need to take it is on it. Also at about the 40 mile mark noticed my heart rate in the high 80s%?? even during modest effort. Don't know what is causing that?? Burned 2400 calories and found a protein drink called muscle milk with 31 grams of protein for my recovery meal at the end. Big negative for the day.
