Two days in a row below 200...I did not get a chance to run yesterday (actually needed day off anyway) and had half a burger and a steak...thought for sure I was going back up over 200...
I-bone brought up an interesting point about nature wanting to fight back with a "set-point" higher than where I am now...how much of this has been will power / self-denial and how much has been about staying focused? As I have had a constant battle (for nearly 20 years) with weight...how do I peacefully co-exist? I do not want to battle...I want to eat intuitively, not too much, and remain active...

It does feel like counting every calorie, every day, for the rest of my life is not something that is sustainable...how do I just not overeat and stay active?
