not too bad after a weekend of birthday parties and bbq's...should be on track tomorrow to be sub 200 again. Runs are going pretty well and it is only 82 days until Falmouth!

no scale today...I know that I ate more than I burned this weekend, even with a pretty good run in on Sunday!

Will wait until Check-in day to see scale results.

Back on track...good run yesterday, ate well, scale going back in the right direction. It is interesting to me that I know what my trigger is, and still let it impact me. Need to stay focused and clearly I need to be mindful of what I am putting in to my body. It was way to easy to just eat for the sake of eating...

Time to get back on track...

Trigger point. Dave's graduation! Whole family was there...first time they saw me since I have lost 50 pounds...Drank, ate, and was merry and when I got back from PA I did not get back on track...have not run, ate as if going to electric chair. Need to get focused...
I have noticed since I got back: have not recorded portions, cheated on portion size, ate Kraft samples, ate kids leftovers, ate everthing without recording...
