I have increased my bike ride from 90 min as week to 6 hours a week. :clap: I also am going to the gym twice a week. I am losing weight slower now than when I didn't ride and go to the gym.:bang:
I need to keep track of my feelings because I am beginning to get discouraged.
My husband is so supportive he rides with me and cooks for us.
He encourages me to take lunch to work ,and has even been excited for me to buy new clothes when the old ones were to big.
He supported me in not one gym membership but three over the past year.:kiss:
He tells me how proud he is of me so whats the problem? :huh:
ME . I feel like I have failed. :evil:
I am having a hard time understanding how I could be so consistent and have my weight loss slow to a crawl, I am loosing about 12 0z a month. :@
I am not going to give up this is a way of life for us now I just wish I could see a little more weight loss on the scale.
I will say that my body shape has changed. I have more energy than I have in the past with the extra 30 plus lbs. :)
Maybe what I am fighting is age. I don't like to hide behind excuses like age or menopause, but I am really struggling to loose the last 10 pounds. :cry4:
The charts say I will loos 4lbs by Feb 2010 at the rate I'm going.
WoW that doesn't seem fair for as much work as I put in to eating right and working out.
I may have to give up my one glass of wine at night.
I just have been stuck at this 132 weight for ever.
Whatever I am not going to give up I will continue to log my food and exercise and make sure I am not leaving anything I eat or drink out:teeth1:
I guess if this were easy more people would fight the good fight.:blush4:
