View ONAMISSIONII's food & exercise for this day
I'm tired today. Don't feel like working out, yet i'll do something. I've been wanting to do a walk around the lake. Work has been stressful yet i've been managing my meals well. I've been on a veggie streak as of lately. I ate the best tasting sweet potato! Didn't add anything just had it by itself today for lunch. Ate outside. I haven't weighed myself in a while. I will do so on Saturday. Time to check in with the scale.
I've been lifting heavy these past few weeks. By Thursday (Today) my body aches from soreness. Could be why I don't feel like working out too much.
I've been doing speed intervals alternating between days to crossfit. Yet today, I just don't feel like working out and doing running intervals. Meh lol
Sometimes you just gotta listen to your body. I'm looking forward to walking.
