Um, so, I'm a weirdo. The title is a reference to a Star Trek episode, but it also refers to a new understanding of where I am at in my pursuit of looking sexy!
Started reading today that 150 minutes a week is the minimum to maintain a weight, not lose weight. 250 minutes a week is more like it, not to mention resistance training. I've been doing close to 40 minutes a day lately but it hasn't been consistent.
There's a lot to learn. And do.
