Well, the wife is getting a much deserved night out/time away from kiddies. Problem is I get to have a couple of beers and my judgement allows me to eat more. Even when I'm not hungry. In the grand scheme of things, maybe not a big deal. But I am trying hard to toe the line.Friday, March 2nd 2012
Protein up, carbs down! Modification diet in process. Striving for a more accute, more excellent path! Reading as much as I can. Finding what will work. This is so exciting. I can't wait to go hiking. I want to burn calories, read labels, eat good food, exercise more, work out....I love this life. I think I'm giddy my back is better.Thursday, March 1st 2012
Weighed again today, but naked. Down an additional pound. Total 4.5 for the week from last Friday. I've been eating very well and exercising. I'm astonished and happy.Tuesday, February 28th 2012

So glad this weekend is over. It was great. Saturday we did Lizzie's 2 year and Derek's 4 year birthday at an indoor playground. Very small, but we had pizza, crepes, and cake. I swore I wasn't going to pick any up but I did. And then I polished off the day with 6 beers. I can't remember right now if I still met my CT because of the exercise. I certainly met it today, but I exercised like crazy today. Not intentional, just happened.
