I have been fairly good this week. I am getting used to my eating plan which basically consists of protein, fruit, veggies and limited carbs. I thought I would miss the carbs, but so far it hasn't been that bad.
Evenings remain a challenge - I tend to snack and then oversnack. This is an area I need to work on, but I am not unhappy with my progress thus far. After all, Rome was not build in a day.
