The past 2 weeks have been a blur - work has been hectic, weekends were hectic with people to visit, places to go. I have not been dieting, just trying to watch what I eat, but I did pick up a pound.Monday, February 8th 2010
I weighed in again at 196 pounds - must be the 3rd week in a row
. I think it is time to adjust my calorie target. It used to be 2,000 which was recommended by CK, but I have decreased it slightly to 1,800. I will try this for a week and see if it helps.
