I weighed in again at 196 pounds - must be the 3rd week in a row. I think it is time to adjust my calorie target. It used to be 2,000 which was recommended by CK, but I have decreased it slightly to 1,800. I will try this for a week and see if it helps.
hello Sweety-- don't lose heart! I had a plateau last for 5 weeks, once.. frustrating, but I did not give up- then, finally, dropped 3.5 lbs 'overnight'. it's important not to eat too little, too- counter-intuitive as that seems :thumbu2: anyways, the main thing is 'don't give up on your health'. best wishes.. :clap:
