According to CK my daily calorie target is 2,000. It seems high, but I can always lower it once I can successfully stay within that limit.
Yesterday after supper there were still about 400 calories left so I had to eat something and it wasn't healthy at all. If I had eaten healthy stuff I would've been able to eat so much more.
This morning I weighed in at 197,2 pounds - 1,3 pounds lower than last week's 198,44 pounds! Hoorah!
Hopefully this will motivate me to do even better this week!
