Well I logged all meals but dinner because I had a rough night of drama and when I got home at 8pm I fell asleep without eating dinner. This morning I was down to 186 so another half pound lost yesterday. I weighed breakfast, snacks and will have to get a salad for lunch then I'll be good for dinner with steamed veggies, brown rice and steamed chicken breast with ginger, garlic and liquid Aminos.
After last night it's evident that my stress levels are going to get worse and the reprieve I had was just the calm before the storm. I am so tired.
I'm trying to get my positivity back but it is just a little hard right now. I do believe everything happens for a reason and there is a lesson in every life experience if we pay attention to it so I know things will work out the way they need to or should but it doesn't make it any easier.
