My sleep was terrible the past two nights and I'm exhausted. Tonight is training and I can't wait, I need it so bad, I feel soft, tired and I know I'll sleep good tonight after Elle kicks my butt.

Lately I've been dealing with a lot of stress and happened upon a quote that made me think, analyze and has helped me see the real cause of my stress and determine what I can do to change it.

For me I looked at what my thoughts were, what feelings they caused and what I could change about my actions and thoughts to help the situation and so far it is helping, just thought I would share.
