Today I had off and took advantage of it hitting the gym and having training early this afternoon instead of at 6pm...definitely a difference in my energy level. My right shoulder is really bothering me today so of course she had planks on the agenda. We had to modify them after the first set of 40 seconds followed by dips on the weight bench, my shoulder was getting irritated so she had me try holding the plank for 10 seconds and pointing my toes on one foot while lifting it off the floor - talk about hard! Anyway, I made it through two sets of the pointed toe plank and all three of the dips. Because I had more energy, I went back to the stationary bike for another 30 mins and a 10 minute cool down...1025 calories burned today! I feel so accomplished today and ready to conquer to the world!


So my quest today will likely be the Victoria Secret semi-annual sale, I need new bras because EVERYTHING shrunk and Sunday is my 17 year wedding anniversary so maybe I'll pick up a little something something for the hubby lol

Seriously though it's crazy howuch my body has changed, the bands are way too big and slide a little and just don't support me like they should...I believe I've lost 3-4 inches in the band area...mostly back fat and unfortunately some breast too.
Honestly I like them smaller, they don't hurt my back or roll up into my neck when I'm sleeping making it hard to breathe and I like to sleep on my stomach. Bumps on the motorcycle were also painful when they were bigger, all in all I'm actually more comfortable now. I do need new shirts though, anything with a V neck I now have to wear a cami under but the it hangs on me anyway. Not a bad problem to have I guess considering I used to stretchy clothes before dressing so they didn't cling to my fat or get stuck in the fat rolls on my back.
So tonight will be a trip to the mall and tomorrow is date night with the hubby. I think I'll get a nice shirt while I'm out tonight, I just bought two pair of jeans he loves so I'm going to go the extra for him and suprise him, full make up and all. I don't usually wear makeup unless we are going out and he likes it so I'll do it for him.
I'm hoping to get back down to 177 within the next week, it shouldn't be too hard as long as I lay off the junk food and egg nog...oh the egg nog

its a new year and new habits must be made to reach the success I want to have and only I can make this happen.
