I really really like the Yoga and strength training on the Wii Fit Plus. I can tell the difference from just working out on the treadmill. I can also feel the places in my torso and back where the muscles are weak. I was a little sore today. 30 minutes for yoga and 30 minutes of strength training a day makes a huge difference. There are a whole bunch of balance games and aerobics game. It's got a feature that saves routines that you can make up..and also suggests other exercises that you should do in conjunction to further increase your progress.

Everyday, when you log on, the program will do a body scan and mental and physical tests to check your co-ordination. It will also weigh you and tell you what your range is (underweight, normal, slightly over weight, over weight and obese) and it gets annoying to hear that I am obese...something I already knew but totally DO NOT want to hear every freaking day

The other drawback is that my children are constantly bugging me to play it. So I do, and they are using up all my batteries. GAH!

It's a fun little toy and my DH is my hero for buying it for me.
