Finally was able to take a bike ride....DH had to change the tire TWICE today before I could go. Both times the tubes went bad as soon as we inflated them. They were brand new tires. I don't get it. Anyway...11 miles and 650 calories later......redemption. So nice to get out and just ride.
I'm STILL waiting on my own bike to be fixed. AND there is STILL no word. Dick's Sporting Goods sucks.
I'll probably ride tomorrow and go to the gym. Gonna mow the MIL's yard too. I'm hoping to work off around 1200 calories tomorrow. What I really want is to be able to log some weight loss on Monday when I have to weigh in for the PAW's challenge.
Here's what is really cool. I fit into my size 14 cargo skirt. I was a 20 back in February. It's pretty freaking cool to be getting into smaller sizes. I love what I am doing with myself.
So knowing all that I know above, here is what is NOT cool at all, and what is really bad. I did bad on the food choices today. Everything was pretty much junk food and crap. Of course I know better and of course I know the scale will tell it in the end, if the scale doesn't tell it then my body will. I will feel like utter crap tomorrow. I know it.
I am still sabotaging myself and it's ridiculous, beyond stupid and utterly and completely useless.
I can do better.
