Finally I've started a program for discovering and eliminating foods one may be allergic to. No flour products for 3 weeks! How am I going to get through this??? Using the plans recipes and suggestions, though, I've had plenty to eat AND I don't feel hungry. I thought I ought to have something to eat while I was watching TV, but since I've left that room, I'm not having the nagging sugar drive. Oh! do you suppose this could work?!

Good morning Bear Woman! Glad to see you've posted again. Glad to know that working this new program. One step at a time, one meal or snack at a time, one day at a time. Before you know it, those 3 weeks will be gone. Hope to see more posts from you. Love, -Otter
