This weight loss and healthy lifestyle would be so easy for me, I think, if I could delete the couple of hours before bedtime from my day.

I SEE where my problem lies, I set GOALS, I have INTENTIONS, but when it comes to the time of cravings and pleasure-eating, all the motivation signs and skinny-leg desires that I have cannot crowd into my brain past the "gimme sugar, gimme sugar, I see where i can get SUGAR" willfulness of me.

This morning I'm thinking I'm going to have to go back to the old cigarette-quitting trick of resolving, resolving, resolving every day for a month and then when it comes to quit day, going to bed when the craving/compulsion is attacking the worst.

Where can I find out how to deal with this?
