I check in a lot with the 2009 Challenge forum. I didn't get to post last night (company for dinner) and though I checked that one and other forums this morning, I just didn't feel like writing to the folks there. In a forum, there is a lot of replying to what folks have written before and they get personal and motivating and caring and wonderful, but sometimes I'm not wonderful enough to share with others, know what I mean? However, I wanted to mark my presence here on CK today. I entered two recipes in the diary and so got more accurate calorie counts, I have 4 days out of the last 5 within calorie goal range, and I'm just feeling good about my efforts to improve my body health. Then it occurred to me -- blog it! (Maybe it occurrred to me because someone recommended blogging on the forum I had just been in!)
So, how do you use your blog? Should I make it my diary, my story told to myself so I can see it and I don't have to inflict anyone with my litany of eating this and doing that? Perhaps that will be a good use of this CK blog, just to unburden and/or celebrate me for me!!!

Use your blog any way that you would like. Be sure to share "Your Story" also if you like. I use mine in so many different ways, sometimes tributes to people, places or things, sometimes it all about the health and fitness while other times I simply play around in it. Its yours to do as you like. Don't worry if you don't get lots of feedback, trust me when I say, people are reading your blog and when you need us the most you will learn this. Hope this helps.
