I'm back in the rationalizing self-talk mode again. You know, the mode where you say to Self, "Oh, just a little bit of this/that/the other goodie" OR "I've blown it today, I'll start over tomorrow" OR "I'm too old/sick/lazy to lose weight, so I might as well quit trying." Whew! I just entered my foods to complete yesterday and catch me up through breakfast today. For one dish, I had to enter the recipe, for others I guessed or approximated the food from the list of foods given. That has taken a lot of time for me. How do folks log foods and exercise AND blog AND keep up with 3 or 4 forums? I can't do it. Of course, I should do only what I can do and enough to be successful. ... exactly how am I going to use this tool? I've committed and recommitted to blogging, but somehow I don't often show up here. I read a few blogs a lot of days. I like to keep up with the 2009 Challenge forum. I log my foods and exercise. And that's a lot of time! Today, I'm trying to blog first and so see if I can set a new pattern.
