Your waist to hip ratio is within a healthy range.

Ideally the waist hip ratio should be below 0.85 in women and 0.9 in men.

We also recommend that you check your body mass index (BMI).

Important Note

In order to calculate a correct ratio, your waist and hip measurements should be taken at their narrowest and widest points respectively, that is, at the navel and over the buttocks.
