A variation of the meatball, this is comfort food at its yummiest.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix breadcrumbs, egg and ground beef together. Make into 12 balls. Roll rice into meatballs and place in casserole dish.
Mix Italian tomato sauce with water, and pour over meat balls. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.

Canned reduced-sodium tomato soup may be substituted for Italian tomato sauce (can add Italian herbs to taste).
