Ingredients
- 2 cup seedless watermelon chunks
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, or to taste
- 1 cup (8 oz) low-sugar lemon yogurt (such as Dannon Light 'n Fit)
- 1 dash cinnamon
Directions:
Quickly purée the watermelon, honey and mint - do not over blend.
Pulse in the yogurt and cinnamon just until smooth.
Variations:
If using regular nonfat/low-fat lemon yogurt, adjust the nutritional data.
