GREEK SALSA: Combine tomatoes, olives, feta cheese with basil/oregano, 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh oregano, and capers. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes.
FISH: Arrange cod fillets on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 18 to 19 minutes, or until done.* Top with Greek Salsa.
* If preferred, replace frozen with grilled fresh cod fillets. Top with salsa, serve.
