  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices lean roast pork
  • 1 cup chopped fresh fruit (pineapple, peach, apple)
  • 8 3/4 oz grapes
  • 4 rice cakes
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt


Arrange lettuce leaves and two rolled slices of pork on top of each rice cake.

Combine fruit and yogurt and arrange over pork. Top with grapes and serve.
