Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 (15.5 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
Directions:
Peel the whole hard-boiled eggs, then discard the yolks. Chop the whites.
Combine the chopped egg whites with all remaining ingredients and chill.
