This is excellent as a side salad, particularly at a picnic or garden party!

Cool the cooked lima beans.
Sprinkle the tomato with the Equal®, black pepper and vinegar and set aside. Toss together the beans, tomato, onion, lettuce, celery and walnuts.
Whisk together the fresh herbs, lemon juice and oil and lightly toss the dressing through the salad.
* If desired, replace 1 teaspoon Equal® Spoonful with equal amount of sugar.
Serve salad as a side dish or as a light meal with crusty bread.
