Tasty and simple to make.
Cut tofu block into 1-inch x 4-inch strips. Dip in soy sauce and garlic.
In a bowl with large base or a flat pan, combine flour and seasonings. Roll seasoned tofu strips into flour mixture.
Place tofu on lightly greased baking pan and bake at 450ยบ F for 15 to 20 minutes.
