This past couple of weeks have been a challenging, but exciting journey. I've made so many discoveries about myself - especially in what motivates me and what challenges me.
What motivates me:
support from family and friends
feeling more energetic
seeing myself reach or be in the range of my nutrient targets
listening to positive, God-honoring music
short term goals
feeling the difference in my body when I eat well
What challenges me:
