I am feeling really motivated today. I got a treadmill for home yesterday and I am so excited! Now on busy days I don't have to go to the gym. I used it last night and this afternoon. It enabled me to go to a friend's for a playdate this am instead of the gym and get my workout during nap time.
I have already lost over 30 pds but I have been stuck at 157 since the end of November. I have to say I have not really watched my calorie intake closely and I have not exersized but once or twice a week, some weeks not at all. I have change my nutrition lifestyle enough that I have not gained back one pd, but that only counts for so much when I am still overweight. Those days of being depressed and overeating, or not planning one week and eating out too much have halted my weight loss. I want to get to my next goal of 135 by June. I am going to step it up. I am going to reward myself with money towards new clothes for every week I stay withen my calorie buget, and for each pound that I loose!!! I am hoping that will keep me motivated. We'll see!
