So yesterday was not such a great day for me. I woke up feeling really down in the dumps and I really let it get the best of me for most of the day. I pretty much sat on my butt all day long.

I did log. I did stay under calorie.

I was craving comfort food, as I do when depressed. I didn't really have junk( ON PURPOSE!) in the house so I made a boxed cake that I found hiding in the pantry. Now, in the past I could have eaten a good chunck of that sitting on the couch feeling sorry...

THURSDAY-YOGA TONIGHT-NO EXCUSES ERIKA

I am debating in my head currently whether to skip the gym this am or not. I really should probably push through and just do it. I had a killer day yesterday and I am still sore from MOnday really. I am thinking tht I am going to let my body rest this am and hit a yoga class tonight and do cardio tonight also.
Always a risky plan, stuff comes up and sometimes things I plan for PM get canceled.
NO EXCUSE TODAY, I am really going to stick to the plan.

Wednsday- LEG DAY AT THE GYM - OH BOY!

Well, I am back from the gym. Josh did the hardest leg day I have ever done I do believe, and I have worked out with him many times in the past!!! :(:(
I think he is getting me good for the "break" I took in January/ beginning of Feb that I should not have taken. :$
Anyways, needless to say Kickboxing did not happen:$What was I thinking?:$

Tuesday, Gosh I am Sore!

I opened my eyes today and I didn't want to move. My abs and my biceps were so stiff and screaming at me. Josh killed me yesterday at the gym. Thats what I pay him for though, right? I started immediatly to think I should skip the gym today. However.... I did the right thing.=D=D I got up and moving and went to the gym as planned. We got there a little late, errands took a little long this AM. I took my BodyFlow class and then did some weights before picking up from preschool. All the stretching ...

Monday- Its a new Week, Its gonna be a good one!

I started back with my trainer Josh at the gym today. I can hardly pick up Andrew. I know I am going to be soooo sore tommorow, but in a good way. I will know that I worked hard. We did back and biceps for thirty minutes, then about 5 minutes of abs. I have been doing all of these body parts on my own over the last couple of months without Josh.
