So I am working with a trainer for the first time in my life. It's really been an eye-opener as far as how much more he can push me than I was doing on my own. So based on my goals he has suggested cardio 6 days a week and strength training 3 days per week. So starting today I'm doubling up the workouts. I'm going this morning to do 1 hr and 15 minutes of cardio and then again this evening to do our strength training session.
Even though I've been working out hard this last week there is some nervous anticipation about this new schedule. But I've set some pretty aggressive goals to get in better shape and lead a healthier lifestyle so this is just another step towards reaching those goals.

**Update: Trainer Ryan killed me tonight. I haven't sweated like this since college when I used play quite a bit of tennis. I can't tell you the last time I felt this good. Wow!
